About the role
Promote and sell to the assigned leisure market in a defined geographic region. Generate resort awareness through direct sales and digital solicitation; direct in‑person sales calls, trade shows and networking. Work closely with sales and commercial teams to solicit, sell, and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals.
Responsibilities- Identify and target customers from the assigned market to generate business on behalf of the hotel.
- Negotiate, draft, generate, and confirm or sign contracts that ensure the hotel meets budget and revenue targets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales goals by implementing a territory business development strategy that includes outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment.
- Maintain thorough and complete product knowledge of resort and offerings, including F&B, Spa and recreation, and possess an in‑depth understanding of the competitive set’s features, advantages, and benefits.
- Establish and maintain strong accounting hygiene, including account creation, account traces, contact information, client email lists, and bookings, in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury hotel sales experience.
- Proven sales track record.
- College degree (4 years) or strong equivalent experience.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Full‑time, on‑site. Assumes availability for scheduled hours as required.
