We’re hiring immediately! This is not a typical entry‑level retail position. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $18,000 per year in individual‑based commissions. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more, resulting in a total annual compensation of $65,000+ to $75,500+.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• High‑level bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (scheduled four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods.

Even better if you have:

• Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
