Damian Josefsberg went to Florida Tech, gained a Bachelors of Science with Mechanical Engineering and then accepted a commission as an officer in the US Army. After his military service, he worked in investment banking and then rotating equipment solutions. ACQUIP was launched in 2003 to fill a gap that was missing in precision alignment services for high-speed rotating equipment and the power generation, petrochemical, oil and gas, and marine sectors.
Today, Damian Josefsberg has positioned ACQUIP to be at the leading edge of the outage solutions and metrology systems rental market. Damian realizes the unique needs of today’s turnaround and outage environment.

- We are seeking sales representatives , all Territories, North America – Latin America – Middle East
- Developing a sales plan that focuses on profitably, growing sales, diversifying our business and building our brand image
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key executives and existing customers
- Providing accurate sales forecasts in a timely fashion
- Minimum 4 years of practical and progressive sales work experience, including prospecting new business
- Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results
- Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick and difficult decisions
