• Welcome, advise, and accompany customers in their purchases
• Identify customer needs and propose adapted solutions
• Ensure the sale of products and services in compliance with the company's commercial policy
• Participate in customer loyalty through personalized support
• Ensure the good maintenance and attractiveness of the sales space
• Participate in the implementation of commercial and promotional operations
• Ensure product restocking and inventory monitoring
• Process purchases and contribute to the quality of the customer journey
• Participate in the monitoring of commercial indicators and the achievement of sales objectives
• Contribute to the growth of the point of sale's turnover
