Companies, in partnership with Starlink, are hiring part‑time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists.

Pay: $20/hr base pay, bonus up to $2/hr performance bonus (total up to $22/hr).

Schedule:

16–20 hours per week, Friday‑Sunday availability required. Dates: 7/27/26 – 11/01/26.

In this role you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products, serve as subject matter expert, and provide an interactive and informative shopping experience.

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to enhance their internet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally, fostering positive relationships.
• Hit sales goals and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with retail associates and leaders to share knowledge.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports.
• Maintain primarily Friday‑Saturday‑Sunday shift schedule.
• Build positive partner and store relationships, respecting local store hierarchies and policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers in the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
