Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or access permissions, and document visitor traffic according to site protocols.;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Support access control functions by helping to monitor entry points, issuing visitor credentials, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.;
Complete required logs, reports, and front desk documentation while maintaining professional communication with employees, guests, and/or vendors.
