Maintain a professional security presence throughout the property using radio communication and monitoring lobby activity when not on patrol;
Conduct regular property patrols to ensure all areas are secure, free of hazards, and compliant with hotel policies;
Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical situations, guest disturbances, security incidents and provide First Aid/CPR when required;
Monitor security systems, including cameras and access points; verify identification and regulate access to secured areas for authorized personnel;
Investigate incidents such as accidents, property loss, theft, altercations, and guest or employee complaints; complete detailed and accurate reports
