We are seeking a professional and polished Access Control Officer to join our team at a high‑end luxury hotel. Attire is a black matching suit with a white button‑down shirt. The ideal candidate will embody the highest standards of personal grooming and professionalism, as this role involves direct interaction with distinguished guests.

• Maintain a neat, clean‑shaven appearance and adhere to the hotel's strict grooming standards (no facial hair, tattoos).
• Stand for extended periods while monitoring access points, greeting guests, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
• Oversee lobby and elevator areas, providing a presence that deters unauthorized access and offers assistance to guests as needed.
• Conduct basic access control duties such as checking credentials and monitoring entry points.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a courteous demeanor at all times.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.
• Prior experience in security or guest services is a plus.

• 1‑2 years of experience as a security officer, preferably.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Hold a Security D license.
• Able to stand/walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
