Maintain a professional security presence throughout the property, including radio communication and monitoring lobby activity when not on patrol;
Conduct regular property patrols to ensure areas are secure, hazards are minimal, and hotel policies are followed;
Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical situations and security incidents, and provide First Aid/CPR as required;
Assist guests with room access, conduct escorts, and address safety concerns with discretion and service-focused communication;
Monitor security systems (cameras and access points) and regulate access to secured areas for authorized personnel
