• Performs special repairs, modifications, or installations efficiently and within the required time frame.
• Under supervision, installs and maintains irrigation systems, pumps, pressure tanks, sprinkler controls, and connectors, as well as repairs gas lines, valves, alarms, and related equipment.
• Operates specialized plumbing tools and equipment, including ratchet cutters, reamers, jetter drain cleaning machines, pipe wrenches, chain wrenches, and pipe vices.
• Diagnoses and resolves major plumbing issues by troubleshooting problems, repairing or replacing parts, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Installs plumbing systems and works in specialized areas such as gas, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC-related plumbing.

• Journeyman Plumbing license issued by the county preferred & a valid FL Driver License with no more than 4 points.
• Technical School on related field.
• Ability to read service manuals and write complete job tickets, etc.
