Property Maintenance Technician; Luxury Residences & Multi-Unit Properties

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the ongoing upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance across our privately owned and managed properties — including apartment buildings, rental units, and high-end residences.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on professional with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and pride in delivering quality work. This role requires flexibility to move between properties and respond efficiently to a range of maintenance needs, ensuring all properties are consistently maintained to luxury standards.

• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks across properties, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and minor HVAC work.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all building systems and property features remain in top condition.
• Respond promptly to daily maintenance requests, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
• Coordinate with management and trusted vendors for specialized repairs and material sourcing.
• Prepare properties for new tenants, guests, or owners’ arrivals by performing touch‑ups, cleaning, and readiness checks.
• Accurately document completed work and materials used.

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in property maintenance, general repair, or facility operations.
• Skilled in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic carpentry.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently across multiple locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (Miami‑Dade area).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
