Carillon Miami Beach in Miami, FL is seeking a Lead HVAC Tech to perform preventive maintenance and repair of refrigeration, AC, boilers and fans in a hotel setting.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of hotel/resort facility maintenance experience, a current Type III AC recovery certificate, and ability to read wiring diagrams and use a multimeter. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required.
