Are you a Backend Engineer with AI and distributed systems experience, looking to take ownership of the communication layer behind enterprise AI agents across voice, email, and SMS?

In this role, you'll own the backend communication platform powering AI voice and messaging across multiple customers. You'll design and build highly scalable distributed systems focused on reliability, event processing, concurrency, and performance while solving some of the company's most technically challenging engineering problems.

• Strong backend engineering experience (language agnostic)
• Experience building LLM applications or AI workflows
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable backend architecture
• Experience designing reliable event‑driven or asynchronous systems
• Comfortable solving concurrency, scalability, and production reliability challenges
• Looking for a highly skilled, likeminded, onsite work arrangement
