Working alongside the VP of Engineering, you'll lead engineering execution across multiple teams, driving technical excellence, delivery, and operational performance while helping build one of the industry's leading AI platforms.
The Role- Join a leading Series B AI company building enterprise AI products
- Lead engineering teams across Product, Platform, Infrastructure, and Customer Delivery
- Drive engineering quality, delivery, scalability, and operational excellence
- Mentor engineers and build a high‑performance engineering culture
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the platform and engineering function
- Engineering leadership experience within SaaS, AI, or high‑growth technology companies
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software engineering
- Experience delivering scalable software products and improving engineering execution
- Exposure to AI, LLMs, AI agents, or enterprise software is highly desirable
- Enjoys combining technical leadership with building teams and engineering culture
