This is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily transportation activities. The Dispatcher will assign loads, schedule drivers, and update routes to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries.

• Communicating with drivers and customers.
• Tracking shipments.
• Entering or updating information in dispatch and tracking systems.
• Resolving service issues and handling schedule changes.
• Escalating problems when necessary to maintain service standards.
• Collaborating with operations, customer service, and management to optimize routes, manage capacity, and support safety and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and timely updates to drivers and clients.
• Experience with dispatching, transportation coordination, or logistics operations, including basic knowledge of routing and scheduling.
• Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch software, as well as solid data entry, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, including multitasking, prioritizing, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to handle route changes, delays, and unexpected issues while maintaining service quality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in trucking, freight, courier, or related logistics roles is preferred but not required.
