Position: Warehouse Specialist Teardown Parts & Inventory - USA

Are you an organized and detail-oriented warehouse professional looking for new challenges in an ambitious and entrepreneurial environment?

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join Skyways Technics A/S in Miami, Florida as soon as possible and support our warehouse operations with a focus on receiving, sorting, and organizing teardown parts from aircraft disassembly activities. In this role, you will help ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and proper documentation of recovered aircraft parts. You will work closely with the warehouse, repairs, and sales teams to ensure reusable components are correctly identified, stored, and made available for repair or resale.

Skyways Technics A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircraft and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S’s position as the preferred maintenance provider.

Responsibilities
  • Catalog and inventory aircraft parts using photos, documentation, and supporting part information.
  • Accurately label, store, and organize parts in assigned warehouse locations.
  • Identify and verify part numbers, serial numbers, and part descriptions.
  • Update and maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system and report discrepancies to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
  • Support inventory accuracy and traceability by ensuring recovered parts are properly documented and readily available.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent productivity and quality standards.
  • Follow established handling, packing, and safety procedures specific to aircraft materials and sensitive components.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in line with internal requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
    li>High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license (or be eligible to obtain one).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT literacy.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, moving inventory, and handling sensitive materials.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred (Pentagon 2000 experience is an advantage).
Work Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Experience with incoming/outgoing inspection of aircraft spare parts is preferred.
  • Experience using online shipping platforms (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL) for processing freight is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment with emphasis on inventory accuracy and material traceability.
