Position: Office Operations Assistant (In office only)

Office Operations Assistant

We are a growing custom LED lighting manufacturer specializing in innovative, high-quality lighting solutions for automotive, architectural, and consumer applications. Glowback

LED is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and serve as a key point of contact for customers, sales, and internal teams.

This is a full-time, in-person position that plays a critical role in keeping operations organized, customers supported, and orders moving accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person communication.
  • Provide customer service support including returns, warranty replacements, shipping claims, and resolution of incorrect or damaged orders.
  • Process customer orders, including accurate data entry and credit card processing.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative support, including preparation of production forms and sales related data entry.
  • Provide limited shipping assistance as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives including social media engagement and photoshoots.
  • Assist with basic website updates such as replenishing product stock.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure follow through.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or operations support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Computer savvy and proficient with data entry.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, ecommerce, or consumer products.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Sage 100, or Starship.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours:

    8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Employment Type:

    Full-time, In-Person
  • Pay:
    Starting $20.00 per hour
