The Cruise Lines Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between True Grade and its cruise line clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, and coordinating with internal departments to meet client requirements efficiently. The Cruise Lines Executive is responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with cruise line customers, overseeing account performance, and driving strategic initiatives to align with client needs and company objectives.
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for cruise line clients, providing timely and professional communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure trust and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss goals, and address concerns or opportunities.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all orders, services, and deliveries meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of cruise line orders, including logistics, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and offerings to cruise line clients, including upselling and cross‑selling.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop strategies for strengthening partnerships and increasing revenue.
- Stay informed about the cruise line industry, market trends, and client needs to provide strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of cruise line supply requirements.
- Oversee the resolution of any operational challenges or service disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, client specifications, and company standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including key metrics such as revenue, order accuracy, and client feedback.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on client interactions and market analysis.
