We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our projects, ensuring financial and logistical feasibility. You will be working with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast‑paced, challenging and rewarding environment.

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for various projects at different stages from concept to completion.
• Analyzing project specifications, drawings and technical indicators to calculate total project cost.
• Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of cost estimation.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, clients and contractors to gather all necessary data for estimates.
• Preparing and presenting budget proposals to clients, stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Participating in bid proposals, including preparing bid packages and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Keeping track of the latest industry trends, pricing and new materials to ensure the most accurate and competitive estimates.
• Working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that cost considerations are integrated into project planning and design decisions.
• Reviewing project progress and updating estimates as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM and other estimation software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to accurately analyze complex data and create cost‑effective solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills with an ability to secure the best prices and terms on contracts.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to clearly present complex financial information to a range of audiences.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in cost estimation or project management (added advantage).
