St. Thomas University - College of LawThe Executive Coordinator provides strategic and administrative leadership for the LL.M./J.S.D. Program in Intercultural Human Rights (ICHRP). Reporting to the Program Director, the Executive Coordinator manages daily operations, leads recruitment and enrollment initiatives, advances the Program's outreach, partnerships, and public engagement efforts. The Executive Coordinator also supports budgeting and project administration.
This role supports executive level functions such as strategic planning, event creation and oversight, communications, grant development and media relations while serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students, faculty, government agencies, NGOs, and international partners.

- Principal responsibility: recruitment and enrollment of LL.M. and J.S.D. students in Intercultural Human Rights.
- Research, consult, plan, and design constituent components (including budgeting) of a good promotional strategy for the Master's and Doctoral programs.
- Establish the procedure to advertise the programs and identify the respective fora of advertisement, including drafting the substance of the advertising tool/ modality, selecting appropriate and effective visual material, suggest, approve the design of ads, review, and approve the various fora of advertising etc.
- Develop enrollment marketing publications and communications including fliers, brochures, viewbooks, website postings, electronic mail and other media, including an effective social media presence.
- Identify, network with recruiting agencies, and participate in recruiting events.
- Devise and implement strategic planning initiatives regarding on/off campus recruiting events, and perform outreach to colleges and universities, organizations, and prospective students.
- Develop and manage a robust recruiting calendar.
