- Conduct consultations with parents and students to explain educational programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets.

- Motivate and guide the team to achieve operational and performance goals.
- Track enrollment, attendance, and center performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and assist in organizing workshops, events, and marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, operations, or education management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with relationship management abilities.
- Passion for education and supporting student success.
