Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year

• Manage and support BIM and VDC production operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Foster strong interoffice collaboration with IT staff, office staff, and project staff to ensure seamless integration of BIM and VDC platforms into everyday operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of BIM and VDC technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on BIM and VDC platforms, ensuring all staff are up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure all engineering projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in BIM and VDC technologies, making recommendations for new tools and processes that can enhance our engineering operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and supporting BIM and VDC production operations.
• Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in BIM and VDC platforms and related technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster interoffice collaboration and drive team performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements in BIM and VDC technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
