Position:
Canvassing Operations Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience in door to door canvassing either as a Team Leader/Van Driver
, Canvassing Manager
, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer
.
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
- Do daily mapping or plan neighborhood routes and schedules
- Conduct meetings with canvassers daily
- Take canvassers into the field on a daily basis.
