Packaging Operator (Day Shift)

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Packaging Operator to join our manufacturing team on the day shift. This is a long‑term temporary opportunity with steady hours and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast‑paced production environment and be comfortable operating and adjusting packaging equipment.

• Operate packaging machinery according to company standards and safety guidelines

• Monitor production lines to ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently

• Perform basic mechanical adjustments to equipment to maintain production flow

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns to maintenance

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Label, seal, and palletize packaged goods

• Maintain accurate production and packaging documentation

• Keep work area clean and organized in compliance with GMP and safety standards

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

• Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to adjust and troubleshoot equipment

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Mechanical aptitude

• Basic problem‑solving skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills
