We’re hiring a Customer Engagement & Brand Development Associate for our Miami, FL team. This is an entry-level, on-site position built for individuals who are outgoing, driven, and eager to grow into management and brand leadership roles.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience executing live marketing campaigns, engaging customers face-to-face, and learning the fundamentals of brand strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership.

• Represent client brands with professionalism and confidence
• Engage customers face-to-face to promote products, services, and nonprofit initiatives
• Support in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build brand loyalty
• Assist with daily campaign planning and execution
• Track engagement and campaign performance metrics
• Work alongside senior leaders to develop communication and leadership skills

• Strong communication and people skills

• Full-time availability on-site in Miami, FL
• Background in marketing, customer service, sports, or sales is a plus (not required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a bonus (not required)
