Job DescriptionMatrix Home Care is actively seeking experienced English‑speaking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for overnight private duty home care shifts in the Miami Gardens area.
Schedule- Daily shifts available
- One‑on‑one patient care in the home setting
- Provide skilled nursing care and monitoring throughout the shift
- Trach care and respiratory monitoring
- Feeding tube management and support
- Medication administration as ordered
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Trach care experience required
- Home care or private duty experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
