We are rapidly growing and seeking experienced, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of our patients' homes. • Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient's individualized plan of care
• Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Provide wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, G-tube care, and other skilled services as needed
• Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality of care in the home setting

• RNs:
  Starting at $35+ hr and Specialty Visits starting $70+ hr
• LPNs:
  Starting at $30+ hr and Specialty Visits starting $65+ hr
• Rates vary based on the complexity and level of care required for each patient

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
• Full-time, part-time, PRN, and per-visit opportunities

• Current Florida RN/LPN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (home health, private duty, hospice, or long‑term care experience is a plus)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient‑focused
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
