- Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press machines (e.g., rotary tablet press) according to SOPs and batch records.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure tablet quality (weight, hardness, thickness, etc.).
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and elevate as needed.
- Document production activity, inspections, and deviations accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Support changeovers and assist with cleaning validation and documentation.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues and meet production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training a plus.
- 1+ year experience operating tablet press machinery preferred.
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom protocols.
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Preferably State of Florida Pharmacy Technician License

Full-time - 100% On Site
- Shift: Weekend Overnight (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)
- Schedule:
8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
$21-23 per hour
