Retail Sales Associate​/Manager

Job Description

Sales Associate: Must be outgoing, able to communicate with customers and close sales. Requires a positive, ambitious attitude and a vehicle for personal transportation. Compensation ranges from $8–$12 per hour based on performance, with potential for a raise within two weeks of hire.

Manager: Must multitask, lead the team and drive business results. A vehicle is required for this role. Pay ranges from $9–$13 per hour, increasing with additional contribution. A strong leader who is comfortable taking charge and giving orders is essential.

Ambitious and aggressive with a sense of style. Excellent customer‑service skills and the ability to style customers with various looks are required. Motivated, mature, and goal‑oriented individuals who can meet these needs are preferred.
