Greet guests in a friendly manner and assist with finding items or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience;
Promote a physical security culture and maintain safe and secure standards throughout the store, including exterior property;
Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using case management systems;
Conduct theft prevention activities and assist with merchandise recoveries while adhering to AP policies;
Submit documentation of incidents in the case management system and use Target's video surveillance system
