Purpose
The Overnight Receiving Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store. The role supervises warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators and manages the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements- 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with and maintain effective relationships with other departments in the company
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines
- Availability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons
- Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving operations
- Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control
- Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging
- Maintain warehouse equipment, implement preventive maintenance programs, and communicate repairs to CEM or Operations Manager
- Implement warehouse safety programs in compliance with OSHA and company regulations
- Ensure associates are trained and following all standard operating procedures
- Administer progressive disciplinary processes, including counseling, oral and written warnings
- Handle general employee inquiries and resolve problems
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations
- Complete necessary activity reports for management
- Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist for timely data entry
- Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports
- Execute the Storage Buy Audit COP
- Ensure products are staged and stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
- Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse
- Perform other related duties as directed by management
- Frequent exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles; noise level typically moderate to noisy
Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20–30 pounds frequently, with up to 20 pounds constantly. Requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping. Hands and fingers must be used to handle or feel objects.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
