The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for processing products, receiving, packing, and shipping items within the warehouse to fulfill customer orders.
Essential Functions- Load and unload trucks and incoming containers.
- Select products to fulfill customer orders and package and label shipments.
- Participate in a cross‑training program to develop skills in all areas of warehouse operations.
- Utilize documentation to properly label, put away, track, pick, and pack inventory.
- Put away incoming freight, back to stock, or returns as dictated by operational need.
- Assist with special projects, inventory movement, warehouse layout, or other movement of goods as needed.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the warehouse by moving recyclable and non‑recyclable goods to the proper collection containers.
- Participate in cycle and annual inventory counts/recounts.
- Comply with all company and OSHA regulated safety codes.
- Maintain cleanliness of company issued machinery and tools.
- Assist with customer pick‑ups.
- Assist with inventory audits.
- Assist with documentation as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with warehousing experience or any combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Ability to work inside or outside the warehouse.
- Ability to interpret pick tickets and use Bar‑Coding/WMS/RF Systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must meet all Department Productivity Standards.
- Must stand for long periods of time in varied weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
- May involve repetitive motions, frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling to move products.
- May include daily use of wrists, hands, fingers, and arms to use a computer and phone.
- Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering and giving simple to complex information to a group.
