Responsibilities- Provide corrective maintenance to AGV units that have stopped or are not working as expected
- Manually override or complete the job the AGV unit failed to complete
- Track issues and repairs and utilize the escalation process
- Follow location and work center safety and security policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- May perform other warehouse functions
- May train others in various warehouse functions, including safe operation of powered industrial lift equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of related warehouse experience
- Two or more years of powered industrial lift experience
- Ability to read, perform basic mathematics, and follow written and verbal instructions in English for safety and work instructions
- Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Input data into computer systems in use
- Work overtime as assigned
- Develop professional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
- Flexible and self-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices
- Operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) and perform basic maintenance (battery changes, common mechanical issues)
- May operate other manual or automated warehouse equipment (e.g., packaging line) – intermediate level
- Powered industrial truck certification preferred
- Safety sensitive position
- Operate forklift equipment or other warehouse machinery
