• Provide corrective maintenance to AGV units that have stopped or are not working as expected
• Manually override or complete the job the AGV unit failed to complete
• Track issues and repairs and utilize the escalation process
• Follow location and work center safety and security policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
• May perform other warehouse functions
• May train others in various warehouse functions, including safe operation of powered industrial lift equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of related warehouse experience
• Two or more years of powered industrial lift experience
• Ability to read, perform basic mathematics, and follow written and verbal instructions in English for safety and work instructions
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Input data into computer systems in use
• Work overtime as assigned
• Develop professional relationships at all levels of the organization
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
• Flexible and self-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices
• Operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) and perform basic maintenance (battery changes, common mechanical issues)
• May operate other manual or automated warehouse equipment (e.g., packaging line) – intermediate level
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred
• Safety sensitive position
• Operate forklift equipment or other warehouse machinery
