Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking environment;
Introduce bank products and services through outreach to prospects and provide tailored recommendations to existing clients to deepen relationships;
Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships;
Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts including savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts;
Assist client with loan applications and hand off processing to appropriate associate
