Retail Assistant Manager

Fed Ex -  - Responsibilities:
Leads a store business unit with focus on delivering a positive customer experience;
Supervises and oversees all team members and store operations including production, retail, self-service, shipping, and quality control;
Manages store in the absence of the Store Manager and assists with payroll, scheduling, and POS close-out;
Implements customer flow processes to improve service and ensure timely delivery of quality products;
Trains and develops team members, Interviews applicants and assists with hiring, Provides feedback and coaching to staff;
Oversees shipping-related services and maintains communication on goals, performance, and company initiatives;
Ensures adherence to Fed Ex Office policies and procedures and maintains proper controls
