• Process, maintain and match daily accounting entries/transactions and general ledger postings
• Prepare and complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Reconcile intercompany balances
• Assist with general ledger postings and enter simple recurring journal entries
• Support accounts payable (AP) as needed on payable matters
• Help compile supporting documentation for journal entries and reconciliations during month-end close
• Assist in gathering backup for audit and tax requests
• Assist in data cleanup, spreadsheet models, or imports
• Maintain proper organization over vehicles owned by the company
• Update fixed asset schedules per assets’ selections made by senior accountant/controller
• Create monthly revenue invoices to related company parties by request of senior accountant/controller
• Assist with any additional requests/tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online
