This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Miami, FL. The Accountant will manage and perform the company’s core financial functions, including maintaining financial records, overseeing and preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing budgets. Responsibilities also include processing transactions, managing accounts payables and receivables, and providing detailed analyses to support decision-making. The Accountant will collaborate with various teams to enhance financial operations.

• Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Management, W2 and Salaries
• Experience with Budgeting and Financial Planning and Administration
• Proficiency in Accounting Software such as Quick Books, Excel, or other relevant software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is advantageous
