Staff Accountant

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the month-end close process. Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings

+ Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

+ Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

+ Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes

+ Help prepare financial statements and management reports

+ Support audits and provide documentation as needed

+ Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

+ 1+ years of accounting experience preferred (internships count)

+ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
