Billing Specialist

Description

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy in financial processes? Join our team as a Billing Specialist and play a key role in ensuring timely and precise billing operations for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on services rendered or products delivered

+ Review contracts and supporting documents to ensure correct billing information

+ Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries regarding invoices or account status

+ Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure billing accuracy

+ Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes

Requirements

+ Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role

+ Proficiency with billing and accounting software, as well as MS Excel

+ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
