Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description

We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami Gardens, Florida. This role will be focused on maintaining and processing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Utilizing Quick Books will be crucial in maintaining these records and executing transactions.

Experience with Quick Books Desktop is required. Client will be evaluating candidates Quick Books skills as part of the interview process. Bilingual English and Spanish is also required. This role is onsite Mon-Fri. The salary for this role is $65k

Responsibilities:

Posting entries into Quick Books.

Processing AP and AR into Quick Books

Working with Controller with monthly reconciliations

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper

Bilingual English and Spanish

Advanced working knowledge of Quick Books
