Accounts Payable Specialist – Onsite | $19 hourly

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payables Support Specialist to join our finance operations team. This is a full‑time, in‑office role with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after the initial 90‑day period, based on performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial records, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate accounting data in a deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices with precision
  • Accurately input payment and expense data into accounting systems
  • Monitor open payables to ensure timely and correct vendor payments
  • Maintain well‑organized documentation for audits and internal reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendor billing inquiries and issue resolution
  • Assist with day‑to‑day administrative and clerical support for the finance team
  • Uphold company standards for record‑keeping and file management
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • At least one year of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms (SAP experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines consistently
Schedule & Work Setting
  • Full‑time, onsite role in an office environment
  • Eligibility for a hybrid schedule after 90 days, contingent on performance
