We are partnering with a well-established professional law firm in Brickell seeking multiple Accounting Professionals to support their Financial & Banking operations. These are full-time, onsite, temporary-to-hire opportunities for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Open Roles Include:- Accounts Receivable Clerks
- Accounts Payable Clerks
- AR/AP Supervisors
Whether you’re building your accounting career or already leading a team, there is room here to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing- Processing and posting payments
- Managing invoicing and collections
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Reviewing and matching invoices, receipts, and purchase orders
- General ledger coding and data entry
- Assisting with month-end close processes
- Generating financial reports
- Supervising and mentoring accounting staff (Supervisor roles)
Depending on the role, responsibilities may vary.
What We’re Looking For- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or both
- Experience with in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working with accounting systems and financial software
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
Supervisory candidates should have prior team leadership experience and the ability to oversee workflow and quality control.
