Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Brickell (Miami)
Salary Range: $70,000 - 80,000

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
- Full-cycle accounting for multiple entities
- Process Accounts Payable (very detailed process with multiple approvals)
- Process Accounts Receivable
- Research discrepancies
- Post journal entries to the GL
- Tracking budget for grants
- Contract management
- Assist with month end close and preparation of financial statements
- Assist with audit
Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (ideally within the non-profit space)
- Strong knowledge of debit/credits
- Detail oriented, strong communication skills, and able to write well-written, grammatically correct emails
- Must live in Miami
