We are seeking a Property Accountant with a strong grasp of the full accounting cycle through financial statement preparation to support a portfolio of short‑term rental properties. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who enjoys owning both AP and AR functions and working in a fast‑paced property environment.
Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle accounting for a portfolio of short‑term rental properties
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes end‑to‑end
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financials and support closing activities
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue trends
- Maintain accurate records within Yardi
- Collaborate with property management and operations teams
- 3+ years of property accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle through financials
- Hands‑on experience with Yardi (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
