Responsibilities of the Internal Auditor:
- Perform financial and operational audits per the audit plan
- Evaluate internal controls, processes, and compliance
- Prepare audit documentation, testing, and work papers
- Present findings and recommendations to management
- Communicate effectively with audit stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (3.0 GPA+ required)
- CPA or CIA preferred
- 0–2 years of audit or accounting experience (public or corporate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
