Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records. This role is critical to supporting the company's financial operations and maintaining up-to-date books.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Process vendor payments, customer invoices, and collections
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Collaborate with external CPA for audits and tax filings
• Monitor cash flow and report financial insights to leadership

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books is a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong Excel and data entry skills

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
