• Deliver accurate, timely corporate general ledger accounting, including day-to-day journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and lead variance/fluctuation analysis across all Mas Tec business units
• Drive efficiency in monthly and quarterly close, supporting SEC filings and periodic reporting cycles
• Support M&A integration and system implementation projects as needed
• Execute ad hoc and recurring projects, responding to evolving business and reporting needs

• Minimum 2 years public accounting experience (Big Four or large regional)
• CPA completed or in active progress
• Strong technical accounting/reporting expertise; proven consolidation and fluctuation analysis capabilities

• Miami, FL — Hybrid; local candidates preferred (3 days in office: Monday, Thursday, + team-chosen Tuesday or Wednesday)
