Staff Accountant
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including monthly reconciliation of ledgers, journals, accruals schedule, prepaid expense schedule, advance schedule and recurring entries for accruals and prepaids.
Responsibilities- Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Make corrections in the general ledger at end of each month for any back-value entries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and laws.
- Manage fixed assets entries for new acquisitions/disposals and monthly depreciation.
- Reconcile bank statements monthly and other financial accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
