Collections / Accounts Receivable / Bookkeeper
We are a local distribution company that has been in business for over 25 years. We are looking for a long‑term team player to join our Collections/Accounts Receivable team.
Responsibilities- Ensure that payments are made for deliveries according to terms.
- Post checks in accounting software (daily).
- Scan checks for remote deposit (daily).
- Send out statements via e‑mail (weekly).
- Enter credits.
- 5+ years of experience in AR and bookkeeping.
- Excellent computer skills in Word and Excel.
