Bookkeeper Accounting Specialist

Ascendo is excited to present this opportunity in the financial services industry. We are seeking a driven and collaborative professional to join a thriving organization in Miami. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual looking to expand their skill set within a fast-paced corporate environment. The right person for this position brings 2+ years of foundational accounting experience, exceptional data entry capabilities, and a highly adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming financial data and accurately import records into the core accounting system.
  • Support daily accounts receivable functions to ensure timely tracking and processing.
  • Assist with routine treasury tasks and administrative cash management duties.
  • Maintain organized digital files to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Possess 2+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting clerk experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a major plus for this position.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when handling high volumes of data entry.
  • Ability to work full-time fully onsite at the Coconut Grove location.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within a supportive team.
